It has been reported that the saved NetCDF files are not always readable by ncdump and gdal. Only those which are created via a graph can be read. If the Reprojection operator is used seperately then it is not working.
The problem was that the input data contained already varaiables namd 'lat', 'lon'. The caused the writer to create variables with wrong dimensions associated.
