Register file associations for .dim and .snap filename suffixes

Description

The installer should ask the user whether to associate files having the .dim and .snap filename suffixes with the SNAP Desktop application.

.dim: BEAM-DIMAP file format is SNAP's standard I/O raster/vector data format
.snap: SNAP session file (list of previously opened files + opened image views)

Fixed for Windows OS only. install4j only allows it for Windows OS + Mac OS X, but for Mac OS X, we can't provide the Additional parameters property which must be set to --open.
