TR-PO-010 Lazy loading

Description

The toolbox readers shall use "lazy loading" in order to reduce unnecessary reading of data (e.g., metadata is only loaded if/when necessary).

This is an ongoing requirement fulfilled over many implementations.
Currently lazy loading has been developed in:

  • readers

  • various singleton instances

  • product library loading

  • ALOS tie point grids

  • various other
