Make 3D view and world-map part of the platform

AI-50:
Discussed NEST’s 3D view and world-map. Latest WorldWind version is not in NEST because of the many changes.
It is currently using version 0.6 of worldwind. Updating to the current version will take some effort and needs to be investigated.
