InSAR Displacement mapping with ERS data

This one covers the topic however currently we don't have any tutorial with ENVISAR\ERS data. In the future we could have one but let's leave it for later and focus on the other missing tutorials.

@Magdalena Fitrzyk Do you see this covered with the TOPS DInSAR tutorial or do you see need for an additional one based on Stripmap data, such as ERS?
