Export to StaMPS operator should output lat/lon

Description

In the “Export to StaMPS” operator, two separate images showing lat and lon coordinates for each pixel in the master SAR geometry (not geocoded) should be output to the geo/ folder of the StaMPS export. The outputs/images should be renamed to YYYYMMDD.lat & YYYYMMDD.lon.
