Thermal bands should be converted to brightness temperature
Description
If the landsat8 data is read as reflectance data then the thermal bands have the raw unscaled values. In this case, the thermal data should be converted into brightness temperature. How this can be done is specified in chapter 5.3 TIRS Top of Atmosphere Brightness Temperature (p. 55) in the User Handbook
