Tie Point Grids are not correctly displayed for AATSR products in SAFE format
Description
The Tie Point Grids of AATSR products in SAFE format are not located as expected. It seems that the track offset is not interpreted correctly, it probably needs to be interpreted differently than the one from SLSTR products.
The fix is probably to overwrite the method getTiePointGridOffsets in SlstrProductFactory .
