Interferogram export elevation not working

Description

In SNAP v6 preview5, in
Radar -> Interferometric -> Products -> Interferogram Formation
when "Subtract topographic phase" and "Output Elevation" are checked,
there is an error saying "The Product 'S1A_IW_SLC_1SSV..._split_deb_Stack_Ifg' already contains a band with the name 'elevation'".

It is fixed in InterferogramOp.java.
