Update ImageIO-Ext

Description

SNAP is currently using a fork of imageio-ext-tiff due to a pull requests

which hasn't yet been accepted by geosolutions.

A problem with unsupported GeoTiff files exists for which the current 1.3.3.2-SNAP version has already fixed it.

Can we update our fork to include all the latest fixes?
Check with Geosolutions why the pull request takes so long to accept?

We have updated to version 1.4.7 of imageio-ext. It is still maintained by GeoSolutions. This version is from September last year.

The PR still hasn’t been accepted. We now have the additional issue in SNAP that we have updated our JAI versions to 1.1.4, while imageio-ext-tiff is still using 1.1.3. One option would be to adapt our fork to support the new JAI versions and assign the fork is own artifact id and versioning. This seems preferable to being stuck to the same SNAPSHOT version for years.
