Clean up operator descriptions

Calling the gpt help displays a long list of operator descriptions from the OperatorMetadata.

Some operators have excessively long descriptions making the list difficult to read.
Most of the long descriptions seem to be coming from the s2tbx indices. We should start the clean up there.
